We have made 12 no-nonsense commitments to improve the way we do things:

6. To reduce our CO2 emissions throughout the supply chain.
7. To increase the availability of certified timber to our customers.
8. To safeguard our employees by rolling out OHSAS1801 health and safety certification throughout the business.
9. To invest in our people through training and development.
10. To increase the positive impact we have on local communities.
11. To achieve ISO9001:2000 quality certification where it adds value through greater efficiency.
12. To work with both suppliers and customers to increase supply chain efficiency.
